What LinkEd is
LinkEd is a social learning platform that connects students, teachers, and parents through a school's own verified roster - not open self-signup. A school registers, is reviewed, and then pre-approves its own students, teachers, and parents by email before any of them can be discovered or messaged. Every account's trust status traces to one verifiable fact: a matched, verified email against a roster entry or a school's registered principal email.
Key Features
- Verified roster access: Discovery and messaging unlock only after a verified email match against a school's roster
- Grade- and subject-scoped feed: Not open social discovery
- Study groups: Collaborate with file sharing
- Direct messaging & mentorship: Between verified students, teachers, and parents
- Safety by design for minors: Anyone under 18 can only join through their school's verified roster
- Multi-platform: Available on web, Android, and iOS
